Eva Storch, after studying law and completing the statutory training period, worked from 1993 to June 1999 at the auditors KPMG Deutsche Treuhandgesellschaft Aktiengesellschaft Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in the legal and tax department, and after qualifying as a tax consultant in 1997 was promoted to manager. As a self-employed attorney and tax consultant, she has in the partnership since 1999 concentrated principally on advising the subsidiaries of foreign group companies and the general managers, directors and supervisory board members of stock corporations. Ms Storch has been a registered attorney since August 1994, and since February 2000 a qualified specialist in tax law.

Regine Nilges, after studying economics from 1993 to 1998, worked for the auditors KPMG Deutsche Treuhandgesellschaft Aktiengesellschaft Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft as an executive in the legal and tax department. After qualifying as a tax consultant on 18 March 1998, she went freelance as a tax consultant. Her consultancy remit covers questions involving tax returns and tax formalities, plus operational corporate planning. She also assists with company start-ups and fast-growing firms, each of them with their own specific problems.
